What
does it take to become the respected provider of customized network
computing solutions? It takes vision.
Originally founded in 1989 as Aries Solutions, Aries Solutions has been at the
forefront of customized business solutions for network computing since
1991. Aries Solutions' success, like that of many leading edge companies, grew
from meeting a fairly large, unfulfilled marketplace demand.
In the early 1990's, Sun Microsystems' SPARC workstations were the
premier hardware platforms for corporate network computing. While
Sun was able to meet the needs of the majority of its customers, many
companies soon realized they had specialized demands that Sun's standard
systems could not satisfy. That's where Aries Solutions entered the picture. By
listening to customer needs and utilizing the latest advancements
in hardware technology, Aries Solutions developed an entire line of customized
Sun SuperSPARC and UltraSPARC system platform solutions to meet customer-specific
demands.
The marketplace response was overwhelming and before long Aries Solutions became
an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for Sun products, a position
still held today. Over the years, Aries Solutions and its products have gained
a reputation for superior reliability, outstanding service and support,
meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet and exceed
even the most demanding of requests. For example, NASA is a case in
point. It uses Aries Solutions products on its space shuttle. And there isn't
a more challenging environment in the entire universe than outer space
and astronautics!
Building upon our SPARC experience, Aries Solutions have expanded its offerings
into two new marketplaces with tremendous potential. The first is
an outgrowth of our existing hardware business-customized network
computing systems based on cluster technology. The second, known as
the Internet Business Environment for Collaboration (IBEC), is a turnkey
Intranet solution for companies and institutions of all sizes looking
for a competitive edge using Internet applications.
Like our core SPARC business, both ventures manifest Aries Solutions' commitment
to offer the highest quality, best-backed, customized network computing
solutions possible. Solutions that meet and exceed the exacting demands
of a wide variety of companies-from year-old startups to multinationals
like DuPont, Nippon Telephone & Telegraph and Ericsson, and everything
in between.
It takes broad based know-how to fill virtually any engineering challenge
Over the years Aries Solutions has become proficient in delivering the highest-quality
network computing systems. Companies look to Aries Solutions for complete solutions
that are not available from standard off-the-shelf workstations and/or
servers. We work with each customer on an individual level and have
developed systems for a wide variety of business environments. We
pride ourselves on making the unavailable available, while ensuring
every need and requirement of a customer is met down to the smallest
detail. And all of it is accomplished with efficiency and the utmost
professionalism.
Yet, customized solutions are just the beginning. We are fanatic in
our pursuit of superior quality components. Each and every machine
that leaves our factories must undergo rigorous testing and quality
assurance compliance. That includes motherboard, special daughter
boards, other peripherals, and special items upon request. Every product
we manufacture is backed by exceptional customer service and unsurpassed
technical support. It's a commitment to customer satisfaction that
has been a part of Aries Solutions' mission since day one.
It takes a heightened sense of knowing exactly where the market is going
At Aries Solutions, we are consistently looking for ways to best meet our customers'
needs. With the launch of Microsoft's Windows 2000 Advanced Server
software, combined with advances in Intel's central processor design,
many corporations began migrating their enterprise network computing
needs to this new platform. Although the Microsoft/Intel technology
offers wide business applications, there is an unmet market demand
for customized solutions for enterprise applications. That's where
Aries Solutions comes in.
In the scientific world, Linux computational cluster of workstations
offers performance for demanding numerical computation requirements
- hundreds of workstations linked together for the purpose of efficient
computation. Technology know-how, quality components and engineering
support are the essence of this customize network computing solution
business. That's where Aries Solutions comes in.
We offer applicability with reliability for corporate customers adopting
the Microsoft/Intel platform. It provides a powerful infrastructure
for high availability and scalability of applications-a key competitive
factor for any enterprise in the Internet age. We offer the technology
know-how, impeccable quality and service to those institutional customers
whose business functions involve tedious scientific computations.
Our product line consists of both server and client models in network
cluster architecture. Every system is custom configured to meet our
clients' rigorous deployment specifications and is backed by Aries Solutions'
state-of-the-art service and support. It's an emerging market with
tremendous growth potential, and one in which Aries Solutions can significantly
contribute to our clients' success.
It takes pioneering market research to greet e-business
E-mail and other Internet business office applications seem commonplace
in today's business world. Yet, when using them, many companies, large
and small, piece together a patchwork solution expecting to gain a
competitive advantage in the Internet age. The results are often mixed,
with problems ranging from incompatibility to unfulfilled expectations.
Aries Solutions' Internet Business Environment for Collaboration, or IBEC, eliminates
the hassles by offering a set of functional modules to provide the
turnkey platform solution for online business applications.
IBEC's e-Office is an integrated Intranet solution for today's office
environment, which includes Web based e-mail, fax-mail, to-do list,
event calendar, messages boards, work flow processes, etc. IBEC's
InfoSiter, on the other hand, is the state of art design of contents
management tools for non-programmers to be in charge of the administration
and maintenance of the organization Website.
IBEC's open and remarkably scalable architecture makes it suitable
for growing institution of any size-from a two-person business office
to an organization with tens and thousands of membership and everything
in between. IBEC's simple, user-friendly interface makes both learning
curves and acceptance easy. Implementing business operation rules,
IBEC seamlessly integrates with the flow of normal operation routines.
The result? Organizations operate as a cohesive entity while gaining
a significant edge in the marketplace.
